Questa nuova famiglia di relè, già disponibile e acquistabile, rappresenta l’evoluzione delle nostre precedenti soluzioni, offrendo un’apparecchiatura ancora più versatile e interconnessa.

I nostri dispositivi sono conformi alla Norma CEI 0-16 2022-03, la regola tecnica di riferimento per la connessione di utenti attivi e passivi alle reti AT ed MT delle imprese distributrici di energia elettrica. Inoltre, siamo orgogliosi di essere presenti nelle tabelle della Federazione ANIE per i dispositivi conformi a questa norma.

Only two companies received approval for Self-protected 36kV armored transformers with MV –
side fuses, embedded in the metal case.
The transformer is commonly used to motorize pole mounted disconnectors by feeding battery power to them.
The main countries of employment are Argentina and Spain.
VT with one transformation ratio 25,000/110 V/V with 630 A type C Elastimold bushing for MV cable connection.
Our product is particularly appreciated by customers, because it is more than 20% lighter than the competition. This also means significantly less build materials and energy consumption, as well as a consistent carbon footprint reduction.

In the first quarter of 2023, COL Group sold over 5,000 medium voltage switchboards for secondary distribution.

Energy producers are embracing all-new technologies in order to tackle the energy transition. COL Group’s leadership in this field has been, once again, confirmed by the company’s supply of certified EPD products for energy transmission and distribution. Cooperation with ITS Mobilità Sostenibile – Aerospazio/Meccatronica

We are happy to announce that our cooperation with ITS Mobilità Sostenibile – Aerospazio/Meccatronica. Luca Piovano (Responsabile Coordinamento Tecnico) and Claudia Riccomagno (HR Manager) presented our Company and our projects to 60 students. The students will now be able to submit their candidacy to participate in a 2-year apprenticeship in which they will be trained and coached on energy transition subjects.
At COL Group we value the partnership with innovative academic institutions and believe that research and development is key to win today’s challenges and create innovative solutions for the future.

COL Group is building a new primary station in La Spezia. The facility is located inside an existing gasoline tank.

Primary Station Antoniana La Spezia

The Antoniana new primary station has a capacity of 132/15kV. Such an infrastructure will interconnect high voltage and medium voltage networks in order to provide electricity to the city of La Spezia. The station is being built inside an existing industrial area, to avoid use of new soil.
An environmentally friendly approach is intended to maximize the project’s value and ensure its entire implementation. The facility’s architectural concept will be driven by an innovative and sustainable design, whilst the existing gasoline tank will be adapted in order to house the station’s electrical equipment.

COL Group is realizing an electrical primary station, that starting from the selection of the location to the use of the materials, is capable of accompanying the energy transition.

COL Group expands customer testing area at its factory in Moncalieri and invests in a new R&D center in Madignano, Italy

As part of its overall commitment to support increasing customer demand for innovative and tested equipment, COL Group has restyled its existing facility in Moncalieri, Turin. The renovation will double the factory’s product testing capacity. In conjunction with Moncalieri, COL Group has invested in a new, state-of-the-art R&D center at the automated manufacturing site in Madignano. This will develop innovative and sustainable products for its customers across Europe.

Truckable plug & play primary station in Siviglia, Spain

E-distribución requested COL GROUP to provide a first movable container primary station equipped with a 24kV/2000A switchboard, which supplies electricity to the newly built industrial and commercial areas in the outskirts of Seville, Spain, using remote monitoring features.

COL GROUP’s solution allows e-distribución to provide 16,000 users with electricity, improving energy efficiency and grid management.

The project was overlooked by COL GROUP throughout all its phases – from planning, to consultation and testing.

The movable container was integrated and tested directly in our factory and then on site.

The status of MV panels and LV circuit breakers, energy related values and numerous other variables can be monitored remotely at any time, and used to detect and rectify any irregularities that may occur.

TeamWare, a COL Group company, is optimizing the energy grid dispatching services in Italy in real time

TeamWare, a COL Group company, is installing a large number of CCI controllers. The CCI, acronym which in Italian means central power plant controller, is the equipment designated to perform the functions of data collection from the Renewable Energy System plant and transmission to the distribution system operator (DSO). Renewable energy producers with power ≥ 1 MW connected or to be connected to medium voltage grid are obliged (as per “MV grid observability” ARERA Resolution 540/2021/R/EEL) by January 31, 2024 to collect real-time power plant data and transmit to the DSO and from this to the transmission system operator (TSO). The final goal is the optimization of grid dispatching services. All the existing producers who will install the system by the end of January 2024 will benefit of a government’s bonus gradually decreasing over time starting from €10,000.
